The commercialization process of the third office building in Yareal’s flagship investment, the LIXA complex in Warsaw’s Wola district, is nearly complete. LIXA C will also welcome a new tenant; one of the longest-running providers of serviced offices in Poland – Rise.pl. The company will occupy over 3,300 sqm in the recently commissioned building. Once all lease contracts have been finalized, approx. 12 percent of the 20,000 sqm of LIXA C’s office space will remain available.
Rise.pl provides virtual, coworking and serviced offices on the Polish market. The company signed a 10-year lease for the entire fifth floor of LIXA C.
“For years, we have been providing flexible office spaces and services necessary for starting and running a business. By opening another office in Warsaw in LIXA C, we want to cater to our most demanding clients, whose dynamic needs require a presence in the capital’s new business district. The proximity to Warsaw’s second metro line station, as well as the premises’ green gardens, are assets for future employees working at LIXA C, which will have offices available as part of the services provided by Rise.pl. LIXA’s prime location and high standards are unrivalled and we are happy to put these to use to foster business development by providing flexible and reliable office services,” said Piotr Augustyn, owner and chairman of the board at Rise.pl.
“We are nearly done assembling all the new tenants that will move into the newest, third building in the LIXA complex. Our flagship project was designed with large, demanding global players in mind, and we are glad to have a leading and established Polish provider of office services among our new tenants. Rise.pl is certain to contribute to LIXA C, both for companies that have chosen our complex for their new headquarters and for other businesses looking to mark their presence in Warsaw’s business district. We want the LIXA campus and its open green spaces to become a hub for dynamic business development. I am convinced that our future tenants will be happy with their offices in LIXA C, as was the case with the tenants of LIXA’s first two office buildings which are now 100 percent leased,” comments Eric Dapoigny, CEO of Yareal Polska.
Rise.pl was represented by consulting agency Savills in concluding the lease agreement.
“Flexible offices have become very popular these past few years. Companies that are entering Poland and its markets often choose such solutions before moving into their target office, which helps them optimize costs while they’re still building their team. Loftmill is a new brand founded by an established and experienced coworking office provider and we are glad to have been able to contribute to its debut in Warsaw,” comments Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation at Savills.
The LIXA complex is the largest office investment in real estate developer Yareal’s history. Composed of five separate buildings, LIXA will ultimately offer a total area of 77,000 sqm.
