Outsourcing company Computer Generated Solutions and Freudenberg, a market leader for industrial products and solutions, have recently extended their lease contracts in Coresi Business Park, for a 10-year term, on a surface of over 5,000 sqm.
Coresi Business Park is a modern office project, developed on the former Tractorul industrial platform from Brasov. The scheme is one of the major urban regeneration projects in Romania, transforming 12 hectares of the old manufacturing plant into a contemporary business environment. The initial phase of Coresi Business Park consists of about 25,000 sqm GLA of unconventional office areas with industrial architectural elements. The restored former industrial buildings provide all the A Class office space and host international and local companies such as Raiffeisen Bank, IBM, Fresenius, Freudenberg, CGS, Waters etc.
Computer Generated Solutions has been a tenant in Coresi Business Park for over seven years, on 4,000 sqm within the Tower Building, hiring over 1,200 employees. The recent lease renewal is a proof of the company’s focus to strengthen their local branch, also reinforced by the on-going recruitment process.
“Coresi Business Park provided us with the workspace flexibility required to effectively run and further develop our operations. By having a reliable real estate partner and a smart office solution, we have managed to concentrate our efforts towards business growth, becoming more competitive and enhancing our market share. Brasov is a core area for CGS and we are committed to further developing our local team, by continuing the recruitment of hundreds of professionals by the end of 2015.” Vladimir Sterescu, Country Manager, Computer Generated Solutions Romania
Freudenberg Romania moved to Coresi Business Park in 2009, on a custom built office space, delivered to the highest specifications. The company currently occupies 1,000 sqm, therefore rendering excellent working conditions to its 60 employees with a long-term focus on expansion, until 2025.
Coresi Business Park registers 100 percent occupancy of the existing office spaces and 100 percent retention of its tenants, most of which have already been through at least one expansion process.
The Coresi Business Park master plan features a well-balanced mix of industrial halls to office conversions and new built offices, envisioning 100,000 sqm of office GBA within 10 years, on the 12 hectares surface of the business park. This year will also mark the construction start of the following phase of the project.
