Concentrix, a global provider of customer experience solutions and technologies, will lease nearly 5,200 sqm of space in Cavatina’s Global Office Park office building in Katowice, Poland. The deal is the largest transaction in the Katowice market in 2023. Concentrix was supported by JLL during the lease transaction process.
Concentrix is a global provider of customer experience (CX) solutions and technologies. Concentrix currently employs more than 1,500 people in Lublin and Szczecin. The new office in Katowice is expected to provide more than 500 new jobs.
“We are currently expanding our operations in Poland. We are pleased that the next location for our company in the country will be Katowice, which in recent years has become a new centre for the IT and business services sectors. The new office will offer us a significant amount of space for company operations. The location is ideal for prospective employees as it is within easy reach both by car and public transport. In addition, there is a wide range of shops, services and other amenities in the complex and the surrounding area,” says Edyta Szubert, Director of Operations, Concentrix Poland.
“Global Office Park is a modern building that is an ideal location for such a rapidly growing company. At the same time, it is one of the most innovative investments on Poland’s office map and is already home to some of the most important companies in the technology and services sector. We are pleased to have helped Concentrix occupy nearly 5,200 sqm in this location. A transaction of this scale was extremely challenging. Still, we believe that Global Office Park will be the ideal choice for our client,” says Katarzyna Siruga, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, JLL.
Global Office Park, located close to the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice, is Silesia’s first large-scale mixed-use project. The complex consists of two office towers and one residential apartment block set on a five-story pedestal and offers numerous restaurants, shops, and other services. Both office towers, which are 25 stories and 100 meters high, offer high-end workspace. The complex’s terraces offer 2,300 sqm of green and relaxation zones. Towers A1 and A2 are certified at the “Outstanding” level (the highest possible standard in BREEAM certification).
“The scale and quality of the Global Office Park project make it an ideal place to create a working environment for rapidly growing and developing companies. In Katowice, which is an important hub for business services, especially in the technology sector, there is a demand for larger, flexible spaces in the most modern buildings that can be tailored to specific needs. I’m pleased that our good cooperation with Concentrix has resulted in the leasing of a significant area in the A2 tower,” says Sylwia Wasilewska, Senior Leasing Manager at Cavatina Holding.
