Vis à Vis Warszawa, the investment project being built by Capital Park and Real Management in the Warsaw district of Wilanów, has gained two new tenants: a newsagent’s store GLM and a dry cleaner’s Lemon Fresh. The construction works on site are advancing according to the time schedule and the official opening of the mall is scheduled for October 5th, 2018.
New tenants will substantially expand the service offer of the mall. The newsagent’s store GLM and the dry cleaner’s Lemon Fresh will take up two premises with a joint area of ca. 100 sqm. Currently the construction works are advancing on site according to an estimated timeline. No later than at the beginning of July, the external works will be completed, the tenants will be handed over their premises and will begin their fit out works.
“We are now beginning the most intensive period of works that will be finalized by the mall’s opening at the beginning of October this year. At present, we are negotiating leases for a few remaining retail and service premises at Vis à Vis Warszawa. We are convinced that a diversified retail offer, which we constantly strengthen, combined of popular retail chains, restaurants and service providers, will satisfy the needs of our future clients. Owing to this, the mall not only will become a shopping destination of inhabitants of Wilanów district, but also a space where they will be able to do all their daily errands in a comfortable atmosphere,” says Anna Kotyńska, Head of Retail Leasing Department, Capital Park Group.
Vis à Vis is aimed to become a daily convenience shopping destination for the inhabitants of Wilanów, and moreover – a space for leisure and entertainment. A part of the external areas of the mall will be arranged as the leisure space. So far, over 80 percent of the retail area is leased, and the remaining premises are under advanced negotiations with brands interested in opening their stores there. At present, among the tenants of the mall are such retailers as: the first Warsaw’s restaurant of Max Premium Burgers, Villa Nova Dental Clinic, a drugstore Hebe, an electronics store RTV Euro AGD, an Indian restaurant, a food shop “Dębowy Dym” and a grocery store “Owoce i Warzywa Świata”. The mall is being leased by the leasing department of Capital Park Group and the Property Consulting team at BOIG.
Vis à Vis Warszawa is the fourth mall under this brand (the remaining three ones have been successfully operating for a couple of years in Łódź, Radom and Toruń). The Warsaw mall is being built in the district of Wilanów, and will be soon opened at 219/223 Przyczółkowa Street. This location, next to a planned expressway junction “Przyczółkowa” and the southern section of the Warsaw Express Ring Road, will enable easy access to the mall for inhabitants of Wilanów, Ursynów and Konstancin-Jeziorna, and also for inhabitants of more distant districts, such as Wawer, Józefów and Otwock. The total lease area of the mall will be 4,300 sqm, with 22-25 stores. In order to ensure comfortable access to the mall, there will be a parking lot for 104 cars. Customers using public transportation will benefit from proximity of a bus stop with 7 city transport lines. ERBUD S.A. is the general contractor of the mall.
