Construction Begins on Smart Park Jawor

The construction of a new Smart Park retail complex in Jawor has begun. The investment will be delivered in two phases, ultimately providing 11,000 sqm of modern leasable area (GLA). The project’s general contractor is Żerański Construction – a company affiliated with Smart Park Poland.

The first phase of the investment will deliver approximately 8,000 sqm of retail space, with an opening planned for the first quarter of 2026. The second phase, covering nearly 3,000 sqm of GLA, will be completed within the following 12 months.

A key strength of Smart Park Jawor lies in its tenant mix. Two major retail chains have already confirmed their presence: Biedronka, one of the largest grocery chains in Poland, and Brico Marché, a leading DIY retailer. Their involvement ensures a strong offering that will appeal to future customers.

Smart Park Jawor marks another milestone in the strategy of Smart Park Poland and RG Leasing, aimed at delivering modern, functional retail spaces tailored to the needs of local communities. The project will create new jobs and provide a comfortable, easily accessible shopping destination.
