Construction is underway of a Class A logistics complex adjacent to SVO 1 Intl. Airport – EuropaProperty

Moscow developers Griffin Partners and Stolniy Grad have started construction of Phase 1 of the logistics warehouse complex, Sherrizone Nord. The project was designed to the highest quality specifications on the market and is being developed by a team of highly experienced professionals.

Phase 1 is comprised of 55,600 sqm of warehouse, office & social areas and will be completed in December 2014.

The project is situated in a unique, prime location, only 800 m from Terminal 1 of the Sheremetovo International Airport, on the territory of the Sherrizone free economic zone. It is adjacent to the PepsiCo pure water bottling facility, the Europe Terminal, and is close to the Revival Express Logistics Center (a Rhenus Group Company).

The Moscow Regional Administration commenced development of the Sherrizone Park in 1993, providing a full complement of infrastructure, utilities and a stable legal environment.

The Sherrizone/SVO area stimulates occupier demand for logistics facilities among clients whose main criteria is delivery speed. The project’s close proximity to the MKAD (15 km), its highly developed transportation infrastructure between Moscow and the Moscow Region, as well as proximity to a large pool of skilled workers make the project unique among other projects on the market of logistics parks.

The site features multiple access / egress points to the site, which are equidistant from Leningradskoye and Dmitrovskoye highways, as well as close proximity to the new high-speed M-11 Moscow-St. Petersburg Highway, which enables tenants to optimize logistics routes and to avoid traffic jams.

Construction works are being executed by the Turkish company MarashStroy, which has successfully completed more than 40 projects in Russia and abroad.
