Construction of Designer Outlet Kraków Reaches Key Stage

The construction of Designer Outlet Kraków, one of the most highly anticipated shopping centres in the Małopolska region, has reached a significant milestone. The groundwork has been completed, and paving is currently being laid in the outdoor parking area surrounding the facility. The underground parking garage, an integral part of the complex, has already been completed, and installation works are now finished.

Visitors to the outlet will be able to use the underground parking, while those planning to shop in the entire retail zone, which includes two retail parks, will have access to the outdoor parking. This arrangement will provide convenience and ensure easy access to the centre for visitors.

Interior works are also ongoing, including the installation of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as finishing touches. Over the next weeks, commercial spaces will be handed over for customization by future tenants. This marks an important step towards completing the entire project, which aims to create a modern outlet shopping space that will undoubtedly attract both Kraków residents and tourists.
