The construction of the second phase of Krakow’s Enterprise Park continues. The installation of building C’s external facade has just been completed. In a couple of days only teams involved in the internal systems installation or finishing works to accommodate the space to tenants’ needs will remain on site. The opening of the C building is slated to take place in late August/early September this year. Enterprise Park is being developed by Avestus Real Estate.
Enterprise Park’s Phase Two is the third and the largest office building in the complex. Buildings A and B were completed in 2012 and are already fully occupied. The four-storey building C will offer future tenants 14,000 sqm of modern Class A office space featuring exclusive solutions devised to meet the specific requirements of tenants from the BPO/SSC/IT and R&D sectors. The new office building also boasts very spacious floor plates ranging from 4,066 sqm to 4,236 sqm, allowing for a flexible office layout, be it the traditional ‘rooms and walls’ system, a “cubicle farm” or any variation of open space arrangement.
The Enterprise Park complex is being developed in conformity with the principles of sustainable construction. The project’s Phase One has been awarded a BREEAM green building certificate with a “very good” rating. Enterprise Park Phase Two has also recently received such a certificate.
