Construction of EQT Park Prague North in Full Swing

Representatives of the developer 7R, the investor EQT Real Estate, and the municipality of Lužec nad Vltavou gathered at the EQT Park Prague North to ceremonially tap the construction pillar and celebrate the ongoing construction of the park.

EQT Park Prague North, situated in Lužec nad Vltavou near the D8 motorway, is a joint project between the development company 7R Czech Republic and EQT Real Estate Czech Republic, the Czech branch of the global real estate investment and asset management company. 7R is liable for permitting, construction and the development of the project, while EQT Real Estate is responsible for its financing. Both partners are involved in leasing.
