Trinity Capital has officially started construction of XOPark Gotse Delchev. The sixth project in the national XOPark retail parks chain is scheduled to open in autumn 2027, bringing a new-generation retail and social destination to residents and visitors of the region.
The investor has confirmed its partnership with Kaufland, Bulgaria’s largest FMCG retailer, which will open its first store in Gotse Delchev as part of the new XOPark Gotse Delchev. The project marks the second joint venture between both teams, building on the successful partnership between the two brands and their shared focus on creating a convenient, modern and comprehensive shopping experience for the whole family.
The project represents a significant investment in the region’s retail infrastructure, with a total retail area of 16,000 sqm, including 3,800 sqm allocated to Kaufland. The retail park will bring together more than 25 stores operated by established leading and international brands, including a European footwear, bags and accessories giant, a leader in the sports sector, a leading non-food retailer, popular fashion brands, discount retailers, a drugstore, a furniture store, as well as a new operator entering the Bulgarian market. Food and beverage venues and service providers will further complement the retail and social experience at XOPark Gotse Delchev. A total of 460 parking spaces will be available for visitors.
“One of our key priorities in Kaufland is to be as close to our customers as possible. With our new store at XOPark Gotse Delchev, we are taking our convenience concept a step further by integrating into the retail park and providing even more opportunities for modern and attractive shopping in one location. We are pleased that the residents of Gotse Delchev will soon benefit from a comprehensive experience that meets our high standards for quality, freshness and efficiency,” said Petya Vladimirova, Member of the Management Board of Kaufland Bulgaria.
“XOPark Gotse Delchev will be a new-generation destination – a retail concept that combines innovation, a long-term vision and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour,” Stoyan Kolev, CEO of Trinity Capital, commented. “XOPark Gotse Delchev will be a place where investment meets experience and business meets the real needs of the customer. The residents of Gotse Delchev and visitors to the region deserve a modern and convenient space for both shopping and leisure, and our goal is for XOPark to become exactly that.”
