CPI Property Group (CPIPG), the largest owner of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the region of Central and Eastern Europe, is getting closer to complete the process of taking over management in its office buildings in Warsaw. Since June, Central Tower and Prosta 69 have changed their ownership management model.
CPIPG consistently implements the process of managing its own portfolio of the office properties in Warsaw. In May, the group took over property management at Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV, and since June 1st Central Tower and Prosta 69 are converted into an ownership management model. After these changes, CPIPG independently manages its 9 office buildings in Warsaw.
Central Tower is one of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw. It offers close to
15,000 sqm of class A space on 26 floors. Located in the heart of the capital, at the junction of the most important thoroughfares, the office building guarantees not only flexible adaptation and technical solutions, but also great views.
Prosta 69 is an excellent choice for companies looking for optimal solutions at a good price. The building offers 11,460 sqm, available on 9 floors. Located on the rapidly developing “near Wola”, convenient communication infrastructure, including the second metro line, it provides easy access to the most important places in the capital – stations, airports, exits to expressways and the highway.
“The successive transition to the ownership management model in Warsaw’s CPIPG office buildings already confirms us the rightness of the strategy. The implementation of uniform standards regarding organization, operation and modernization of office buildings are perfectly matched to such difficult times as the return of tenants to offices after a break caused by a pandemic. Our safety solutions work in all office buildings, and the change of managing operator will allow executing of internal procedures even faster and more effective,” said Marcin Mędrzycki, the acting Head of Asset Management, CPIPG Poland.
CPIPG currently owns 13 office buildings in Warsaw, with a total area exceeding 305,000 sqm.
