CPI Property Group (CPIPG), the largest owner of commercial property in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, is taking over the management of the next buildings in its Warsaw office property portfolio. Effective from May, the following office buildings will be covered by in-house service: Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV.
In accordance with the strategy of managing its own office property portfolio, CPI Property Group consistently pursues this goal and takes over property management in its subsequent office buildings. After Warsaw Financial Center, Equator II, Moniuszki 1A and Eurocentrum Office Complex, changes in management have been made with respect to Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV.
Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza are neighbouring properties located at Aleja Jana Pawła II. They are among the longest owned office buildings in the Polish CPIPG portfolio. The buildings are located in the perfect vicinity of the key public transport points, hotels and shops in Warsaw. The total GLA is over 29,000 sqm. The office buildings have a good infrastructure of their own: parking lots, amenities for cyclists, a medical clinic and mixed-use commercial premises in Atrium Plaza.
Equator IV was acquired by CPIPG in November 2019. The completed acquisition provides over 20,000 sqm of office space in an impressive and modern architectural form. The office building is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie, where CPIPG also purchased other office properties: Equator I, Equator II and Eurocentrum Office Complex.
“Our primary goal when taking over property management is to introduce common high standards both in terms of modernization and operation of office buildings and in order to strengthen relationships with tenants. The adopted strategy will allow for constant improvement of the investment quality and comfort of work, and this will translate into a long-term increase in the value of the property,” said Marcin Mędrzycki, the acting Head of Asset Management, CPIPG Poland.
CPIPG currently owns 13 office buildings in Warsaw, with a total area exceeding 305,000 sqm.
