CPI Property Group (CPIPG), the owner and manager of a portfolio of 20 Warsaw office buildings with a total area of 516,000 sqm and a value of over €1.6 billion, is introducing its Quality Management programme. This is aimed at maintaining the highest standards when it comes to the aesthetics and functionality of the common areas in the office buildings owned by the group. Oliwia Ogonowska, who has taken on the position of Quality Manager, will be supervising the programme.
The Quality Management (QM) programme is the latest step in the development of the owner-management model that has been introduced in all of the company’s buildings in 2023. It is aimed at ensuring the highest quality in terms of the functioning, use and aesthetics of the common areas of the office buildings as well as a safe working environment. QM is focused on implementing best practices, the systematic monitoring of infrastructure quality as well as regular audits.
“The Quality Management programme forms part of CPIPG’s marketing strategy to take care of the value of our space in the eyes of tenants. It has been developed in cooperation with the company’s Property and Asset Management departments and is also being consistently implemented with the support of the company’s property management teams. Together with the OfficeMe and myhive initiatives, it represents a complete plan for the operation of CPIPG’s office space with the highest level of quality and service,” emphasises Monika Olejnik-Okuniewska, the Head of Marketing, PR & Innovations at CPIPG.
The implementation of the programme is to be supervised by Oliwia Ogonowska, the Quality Manager, who has been working in the CPIPG marketing department for several years and who also supports the property management team daily. Oliwia has practical knowledge of the management and operation of office buildings, from the owner’s, tenant’s and user’s perspective. She has excellent knowledge of the standards applicable in buildings in CPIPG’s portfolio, and the experience she gained while working as a quality systems auditor has added further strength to her competencies. Oliwia is studying psychology, which will be an additional asset in the new position, allowing her to better understand the needs of office users and thus take an even broader look at the quality management of buildings where thousands of people are employed each day.
“Our quality management programme is to ensure that the office buildings in CPIPG’s portfolio provide not only a place to work but also, above all, a safe and friendly space where employees feel comfortable. We are constantly striving to improve our buildings because we are aware of the important role they play for many tenants and how important they are in terms of what they offer for employees. The programme is in line with the guidelines adopted for the owner management of CPIPG’s real estate, which is focused on quality and care for building users,” says Oliwia Ogonowska, the Quality Manager of CPIPG.
