CREAM Group appoints new financial director – EuropaProperty

Tomasz Chrabałowski has been appointed financial director of CREAM Group – including CREAM Property Advisors, CREAM Legal, Cream Offices and CREAM Capital. His responsibilities will include managing the group companies finances, business planning and financial analysis as well as supporting the company’s management and advising on strategy, investments and development of the group.

Tomasz Chrabałowski has over 20 years’ experience in management, finances and cost control. In his career up until now, he has worked for such companies as Apsys Polska and Multi in the retail property sector, outsourcing company Accace, and for architectural studio Grupa 5 Architekci amongst other service companies. Tomasz is a member of FINEXA – the Association of Financial Directors as well as of the  Accountants Association in Poland. He also has accreditation to draw up reports under International Financial Reporting Standards.
