Cresa, the largest firm of tenant-only real estate advisors in the world, announced that it is continuing its dynamic international growth plans with the opening of an office in Warsaw, Poland, this autumn.
Piotr Kaszyński, who has 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector, will lead the Polish office. Kaszyński was most recently at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an Equity Partner, Head of the Retail Department and Head of Capital Markets in Poland.
“We are responding to increased market demand for unbiased commercial tenant representation and are truly excited to have Piotr Kaszyński joining us as our Market Leader,” said Jim Underhill, Cresa CEO. “Our exclusive relationship with tenants allows us to be totally independent, solely advocating on behalf of our clients. Poland, the largest economy in Central and Eastern Europe and eighth strongest market in the European Union, is a strategically important market for corporations, and Piotr brings an outstanding resume and client relationships. We will continue building our platform around top professionals.”
Piotr Kaszyński said: “There is a void of tenant representation firms worldwide and companies are increasingly looking for a real estate partner that puts their interests first, and is not bound to landlords. This presents us with a great opportunity to expand Cresa’s objective, conflict-free, integrated services model in Poland and in the region. Cresa is actively recruiting talent for the Polish office which will open in Q3.”
Over the last three years, US-based Cresa has expanded its global service delivery platform to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Hong Kong, India and Australia.
Cresa Poland joins the firm’s other international locations in over 73 markets, in addition to 50 offices in North America. The expansion into further global markets strengthens Cresa’s ability to provide services exclusively to occupiers of office, industrial and retail real estate.
