CTP & ČSOB sign €105 million refinancing deal – EuropaProperty

CTP and its long-term financial partner ČSOB executed a €105 million refinancing package for the successful CTPark Brno which includes a portfolio of seven properties. This agreement with long-term financial partner ČSOB is part of CTP’s ongoing efforts to leverage the favourable current market conditions.

CTP has successfully completed €300 million in refinancing in Q3 2014, which amounts to approximately 25 percent of the company’s portfolio.
