CTP plans expansion in Hungary – EuropaProperty

CTP has significantly strengthened its team and its position on Hungarian market. Rudolf Nemes has joined CTP as Country Manager in Hungary, and István Pozderka became a new Senior Business Developer Manager. The primary task of the new team will be to accelerate business growth and to strengthen the Hungarian platform in order to create the foundation of a sustainable future expansion.

Mr. Nemes as new Country Manager main focus will be setting up the Hungarian team and improving the current structure and communication with various departments outside of Hungary. Furthermore, he will be involved in HR and the business development activities of the company.

“I am pleased to join CTP. My main task will be to significantly expand the Hungarian platform. I expect that further hiring’s will follow in 2018 with the effect that the local portfolio will grow with more than 25 percent and the profitability/efficiency of the operation will improve as well. Currently the team will be focusing on leasing CTPark Komárom with 50,000 sqm of lettable space and CTPark Székesfehérvár where 20,000 sqm are still available for lease. Both properties are in excellent locations and can be occupied with immediate effect,” said Rudolf Nemes.
