Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to act as property manager for the Grójecka Offices building currently under construction in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The new office building located at ulica Grójecka 206 will comprise 7,400 sqm of A Class office space and it will be launched in Q2 2017.
Grójecka Offices is a unique spot on Warsaw’s office property map. “Entering into collaboration with OKRE Development in respect of managing the Grójecka Offices building is a testimony to the highest quality of services provided by Cushman & Wakefield. Our objective is to undertake steps aimed at increasing a property’s value and creating the best possible working environment for tenants,” said Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, MRICS, Partner, Property Management Department at Cushman & Wakefield.
The Grójecka Offices building will be launched in Q2 2017, where 50 percent of the space offered is already leased. Tenants include names such as PANEK S.A., KARMAR S.A., Zdrofit and Nowakowski Gorąco Polecam, which will be opening a café with an in-house bakery on the ground floor dedicated to service and retail businesses. Advanced discussions with more tenants are currently underway.
