Cushman & Wakefield appointed property manager of Zabłocie Business Park in Kraków – EuropaProperty

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Kraków’s office complex Zabłocie Business Park. The scheme is owned by IMS Budownictwo, a local housing developer.

Zabłocie Business Park, located in Kraków’s Podgórze district and close to the city centre, will comprise five modern seven-floor Class A office buildings when completed. The first 11,300 sqm phase was delivered in April 2017.

IMS Budownictwo has operated on the market since 2007, specialising in multifamily housing development. An entry into the office sector opens a new chapter in the company’s expansion.

Zabłocie Business Park is being developed in cooperation with Technobud, which has a strong record in office building construction. Its project portfolio includes the Sky Tower complex in Wrocław, Alma Tower in Krakow, Alchemia II in Gdańsk, Poleczki Business Park in Warszaw, Axis in Krakow, and Pegaz Times II in Wrocław.
