Aluplast, a supplier of PVC window systems on the Polish market, has signed a lease for 10,000 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space at the Logicor Poznań III distribution centre. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Christian Voicu, CEO of Aluplast, said: “We would like to thank Cushman & Wakefield for helping us find a location that meets our requirements and is in close proximity to our manufacturing facility. We decided to lease this warehouse space to accommodate our rapid expansion. We posted a 20 percent increase in last year’s turnover and project another 10 percent rise this year. This investment will help us improve flexibility and customer service, giving a competitive edge to window manufacturers who have partnered with us.”
Bartek Mierzwiak, Managing Director, Central & Eastern Europe, Logicor, said: “We are pleased to provide these Class A distribution facilities that support our customer’s business objectives. We very much look forward to working with Aluplast and hope our relationship will grow in the future.”
