Cushman & Wakefield strengthens its presence in Polish regions – EuropaProperty

Cushman & Wakefield has this year advised on more than 71,000 sqm of office leases in Polish regional markets, Warsaw excluded.

Over the past two years, Cushman & Wakefield’s Regional Cities Division has strongly expanded its roster of clients, both tenants and landlords. In the year to date it has advised on 63 office leases totalling 71,500 sq m, supported by its office teams located in Krakow, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Łódź and Poznań.
