James Chapman, International Partner, Capital Markets, Cushman & Wakefield was named the Investment Broker of the Year at the 7th the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards organized by EuropaProperty.com. The awards are presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance during the past year as well as highlight investment transactions that have produced consistent results.

James was responsible for leading 30 investment professionals across the region. He has a record year with over EUR 4 billion transacted in the past 12 months in CEE and he is the only leading broker actively transacting across all property sectors in multiple jurisdictions across the CEE region.
