Cushman & Wakefield instructed as office leasing agent for Morski Park Handlowy

GRP, the owner of Morski Park Handlowy, has expanded its relationship with global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which will represent the owner in leasing office space in the complex.

Morski Park Handlowy is located on Przywidzka Street in Gdańsk. The total area of the retail park after the expansion is over 41,000 sqm. Its tenants include DIY store OBI, Carrefour hypermarket, McDonald’s, Media Expert, Jula, Jysk and four brands of the Komfort group: Komfort Bathrooms, Komfort Floors, Komfort Kitchens and Nexterio. Other facilities at the retail park comprise of Designer Outlet Gdansk and furniture store Agata.

GRP, the owner of Morski Park Handlowy,  is part of the Royal Properties Group which is an investor and developer in the European market, with a focus on the Benelux.

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is responsible for leasing retail space in the retail park, received a mandate to act as a leasing agent on 1,500 sqm of office space in early November.
