Cushman & Wakefield instructed on Atrium 2

“It is a great honour for us to deliver services for HANSAINVEST. Atrium 2 is an icon of contemporary architecture in this part of Warsaw. In addition to being functional, it is simple and elegant in form. The building’s surroundings, including street furniture such as benches, greenery, service and F&B outlets, as well as a cosy high-quality restaurant on the ground floor, are available not only to those working in the building but also to local residents. Other great amenities include a gym for tenants on the ground floor, a bicycle storage room, and fully equipped lockers and showers. The complex combines all the key features of an ideal office for modern companies that care about both the success of their business and the wellbeing of their employees: a prime location, state-of-the-art technologies, comfortable space and sustainable solutions. It also boasts a modernist façade that seamlessly blends modernity and tradition and is one of the biggest strengths of Atrium 2,” says Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, Head of Leasing Services, Cushman & Wakefield.
