Dailyfruits in Diamond Business Park Ursus – EuropaProperty

Dailyfruits, a supplier of fresh fruit to offices and production plants, has leased 3,100 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the Diamond Business Park Ursus complex. The tenant was supported in transaction by AXI IMMO.

Changes on the labour market, a new approach to the employee and comfort of work are factors that are connected with the development of Dailyfruits. The company decided to lease 2,500 sqm of warehouse space and 600 sqm of modern office space.

“The fast development of the company and the increase in orders for fruit deliveries for employees are two factors that helped us to decide to rent new warehouse and office space in Warsaw. It was also important that the developer had possibility to adapt the space to our needs and the property provides good access for employees by public transport and cars. I am convinced that the new operational space will contribute to the further growth of our business and maintaining the quality of services at the highest level,” comments Jacek Kwiecień, co-owner Dailyfruits.
