Danfoss Power Solutions closes a successful deal in Bielany Wrocławskie – EuropaProperty

Danfoss Power Solutions has signed an 11,088 sqm office and warehouse lease at logistics park Hillwood Wrocław I BIS. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.

In Poland, Danfoss employs approximately 1,700 staff in seven manufacturing facilities in Bielany Wrocławskie, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Koleczkowo, Tuchom, Wrocław and Żelazkowo. Danfoss Power Solutions is a leading global manufacturer and provider of hydraulics solutions.

Hillwood Wrocław I BIS is an industrial park offering 27,000 sqm of warehouse space. It is located in Bielany Wrocławskie, 10 km to the south-west of Wrocław’s city centre, 12 km from Wrocław-Strachowice International Airport, in the immediate neighbourhood of national road no. 35 and 2.5 km from the Bielany Wrocławskie interchange of the A4 motorway and Wrocław’s A8 ring-road.
