Dedeman Group enters joint venture with Element Industrial – EuropaProperty

Dedeman Group and Element Industrial announce entering into a partnership to jointly invest in the development of ELI PARK 1 logistic and industrial project, located in Chitila-Buftea area, which is transforming in a new proximity logistic hub for Bucharest.

ELI PARK 1 will cover a GLA of 50,000 sqm. Construction works for the first phase of 20,000 sqm are on schedule, and will be delivered this summer. After the delivery, the developer Element Industrial will start the works for the second phase of the project. The first tenant of the logistic park is Paste Baneasa which leased a surface of 5,000 sqm.

The logistic project is served by several public transportation lines and is located at a distance of 4 km from Bucharest Ring Road, with direct access to a national road with four lanes, DN 7. The main advantages are easy access to northern Bucharest and the location in an area with workforce surplus, (Chitila / Buftea). The new project is designed and executed following class A international standards, with characteristics such as one loading bay for each 800 sqm of warehouse, generous 35 meters truck court and numerous parking places.
