Deloitte Romania signed the lease contract and will move its main offices in The Mark building, located near Victoriei Square, in the first half of 2019. Approximately 700 employees who now work in America House office building will occupy the top eight floors leased by Deloitte Romania in the tower, totalling more than 8,500 sqm.
Located at the junction between Buzesti and Calea Grivitei streets, The Mark is a class A project, with two office buildings that will be endowed with state-of-the-art equipment meant to create a space easy to use, sustainable and energetically efficient.

The Mark will have a smart facade that allows for natural light, as well as illumination and temperature control. The building will be easily accessible by public transportation and by car and will have spaces dedicated for bikes and electric cars charging stations.
The Mark office building owner is the Austrian real estate company S IMMO AG and the lease contract was intermediated by Knight Frank Romania.
