Deutsche Bank Polska remains in the Focus building

Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. extended the lease agreement in the Focus building in Warsaw. The bank is the largest tenant of the office complex at Armii Ludowej 26 avenue.

Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. is wholly owned by Deutsche Bank AG, one of the leading banks of international renown, with over 150 years of experience in financial services. The Bank has been in business in the Polish market for over 30 years and offers a broad range of products for selected corporate clients and financial institutions. In 2001, the Bank chose Focus, an A-class office building located in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, as its headquarters.

The building is located 5 minutes walking distance from the Politechnika metro station and three minutes from a tram stop, enabling instant access to the communication junction at the Central Station.

An important advantage of Focus is the current BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) IN-USE certificate, emphasizing its environmental friendliness, the comfort of use by tenants and the highest standards of real estate administration.
