Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. extended the lease agreement in the Focus building in Warsaw. The bank is the largest tenant of the office complex at Armii Ludowej 26 avenue.
Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. is wholly owned by Deutsche Bank AG, one of the leading banks of international renown, with over 150 years of experience in financial services. The Bank has been in business in the Polish market for over 30 years and offers a broad range of products for selected corporate clients and financial institutions. In 2001, the Bank chose Focus, an A-class office building located in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, as its headquarters.
“For several years, Deutsche Bank Polska has been invariably associated with the Focus building. Our employees and clients appreciate the excellent location of the facility and the quality of the available infrastructure. Bank employees enjoy convenient access to the first metro line, Veturilo station and a three-level garage. In October last year, the building obtained the extension of the BREEAM IN-USE certificate, which confirms not only compliance with environmental standards but also the highest standards of property management – emphasizes Tomasz Kowalski, President of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A.
Focus is around 33,750 sqm office space divided into four self-sufficient modules. Apart from office spaces, tenants have conference rooms at their disposal, a post office and courier service centre, a fitness club and showers for cyclists. The building is located 5 minutes walking distance from the Politechnika metro station and three minutes from a tram stop, enabling instant access to the communication junction at the Central Station.
An important advantage of Focus is the current BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) IN-USE certificate, emphasizing its environmental friendliness, the comfort of use by tenants and the highest standards of real estate administration.
