Deutsche Hypo finances Krakow office building for Eika Asset Management

Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance finances the office property BIG in Krakow, Poland, for Eika Real Estate Fund managed by the Lithuanian Eika Asset Management company. The financing volume of approximately €18 million is split into a property loan and a VAT loan.

The property, which was completed in 2018, is a Grade A office building with five upper floors and two basement floors (underground car park), a green inner patio and a 200 sqm roof terrace. The space of almost 11,000 sqm is let to three companies – the main tenant is State Street Bank International GmbH. BIG is located in the western part of Krakow and has been awarded a BREEAM New Construction Excellent certificate.

The market value appraisal was prepared by CBRE and the legal support for the sale was provided by the law firm BSJP.
