Deutsche Hypo refinances green office building in the Olivia Centre

Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance is providing a green refinancing facility of €39 million for the Class A office building Olivia Prime B. In March 2025, the bank successfully refinanced the neighbouring property, Olivia Prime A. With this latest transaction, Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance continues to strengthen its consistent market presence in the Polish office sector.

Together, Olivia Prime A and Olivia Prime B comprise approximately 56,000 sqm of total area and form part of the architecturally and technologically advanced Olivia Centre office complex. Both buildings are certified to BREEAM Excellent and stand out for their high-quality façades, advanced building technology, and modern, user-centric interior design.
