Cavatina Holding is not slowing down on its commercialisation pace. Diamentum Office – an office building in Wroclaw launched in May 2018 has over 80 percent of the space booked or leased. Recently two new important tenants have signed lease contracts – Gigaset Communications Polska and Pattonair Poland. Another one of Cavatina’s buildings located nearby – Carbon Tower due in Q4 this year – is also attracting interest among local and international prospects.
Gigaset Communications Polska – a leading manufacturer of cordless phones and DECT solutions – has leased 1,955 sqm space in Diamentum Office. Another recent deal is the 730 sqm of space for Pattonair Poland, a leading global aerospace and defence supply chain provider.
Diamentum Office – an 8-storey A class development located at Robotnicza street in the Western business area of Wroclaw – has over 80 percent of the space booked, and lease contracts signed. The building is sought after by tenants firstly because of its convenient location, high standard confirmed BREEAM (Very Good) certificate and last but not least its distinguishable architecture. The whole area is growing rapidly and Cavatina is developing another site nearby. Carbon Tower offers 19,077 sqm of space that will be ready by the end of 2018. Negotiations with prospective tenants are already in progress.
The commercialisation process of Cavatina’s office spaces in Wroclaw is managed by their local leasing team with the support of CBRE as the exclusive agent for both buildings.
