DL Invest Secures €28.8m Financing for 11 Retail Parks

DL Invest Group has entered into a five-year, €28.8 million financing agreement with HYPO NOE. The financing covers a portfolio of 11 retail parks located in Poland’s Silesian Voivodeship: two properties in Siemianowice Śląskie, two in Knurów, and retail parks in Czeladź, Rybnik, Zawiercie, Mikołów, Katowice, Ruda Śląska and Rydułtowy. The properties provide a combined gross leasable area of approximately 44,300 sqm.

The transaction represents another step in DL Invest Group’s strategy of diversifying its sources of financing and building long-term relationships with leading financial institutions. The funds strengthen the financial stability of the portfolio and support the Group’s continued growth in the retail property sector.

The properties included in the financing serve the everyday needs of residents of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis and other cities across the Silesian Voivodeship. Their locations, retail offerings tailored to local markets and convenient transport access provide a solid foundation for their long-term performance.
