DL Invest Group has secured financing exceeding €146 million to refinance a portfolio of six logistics parks with a combined gross leasable area of approximately 260,000 sqm. The transaction marks another milestone in the Group’s long-term strategy, focused on maintaining a high-quality asset base, active portfolio management and the continued development of modern infrastructure for business. The financing was provided by Erste Group and Erste Bank Polska, with CMS acting as legal advisor to the lenders.

The newly secured financing will be used to refinance six logistics parks with a total leasable area of approximately 260,000 sqm.
