DL Invest Group has signed a loan agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska, providing up to €54 million to finance the construction of logistics facilities. The loan, which matures in February 2033, is secured against a portfolio of logistics properties. The financing will support further expansion in the Group’s core business segment.
The funds will be used to develop new logistics facilities. The transaction aligns with DL Invest Group’s long-term strategy of developing, retaining and actively managing income-producing properties.
“The financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska supports the expansion of our logistics segment, which remains the foundation of our portfolio. We develop properties with a view to owning and managing them over the long term. The financing structure is therefore just as important to us as location, technical quality and alignment with tenants’ needs. The new agreement provides funding for further developments under this strategy,” said Dominik Leszczyński, Founder and CEO of DL Invest Group.
DL Invest Group manages a portfolio of assets valued at more than €1.2 billion, comprising logistics and industrial properties, mixed-use developments and retail parks. The Group is also expanding its digital infrastructure activities.
Logistics represents the largest share of the Group’s real estate business. According to S&P Global Ratings, logistics assets accounted for approximately 85% of DL Invest Group PM S.A.’s property portfolio value at the end of 2024, with the remainder comprising mixed-use and retail properties.
The financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska will support further growth in this core segment through the development of additional logistics facilities.
DL Invest Group’s business model covers the entire investment lifecycle, from land acquisition and project preparation through design, construction and leasing to long-term asset and property management. Its integrated in-house capabilities enable the Group to combine development with the ongoing operation and adaptation of properties to tenants’ needs.
The new loan agreement provides a further source of financing for this strategy. Funding allocated to logistics construction will support the expansion of the property portfolio held by the Group over the long term.
