Dom Development Group, an established residential developer, has finalised the extension of its lease agreement at the prestigious Metropolitan Warszawa building, at the same time deciding to significantly increase its occupied space. Following the expansion, the company’s offices will comprise more than 4,000 sqm of modern office space.
JLL represented the tenant during the negotiation process. As a result of the expansion, Dom Development remains one of the key tenants at the Metropolitan Warszawa – currently the second-largest, after CCC. The newly leased space will serve office purposes, with the added benefit of views overlooking the Saxon Garden and Warsaw’s city centre skyline.
