Building B of the Dominikański office complex has obtained its final occupancy permit. Dominikański is Skanska’s fourth office investment in Wrocław. Finishing works are currently being carried out in spaces for tenants who will soon relocate to the complex.
After two years of the Dominikański’s construction, in May 2015, the complex’s building A, along with the adjacent re-modernized 18th century Oppersdorff Palace (building C), obtained their occupancy permit. Now, building B which with 23,000 sqm comprises over half of the complex’s GLA, has obtained its occupancy permit as well. The total leasable space within Dominikański is 40,000 sqm and the complex has 380 parking spaces on offer.

The city continues to be a very attractive point on the Polish property investment map, especially for companies from the business services sector. This is further illustrated by the fact that one of the biggest lease agreements signed in 2014 concerned Dominikański. Huge interest from tenants and investors in the Wrocław market encourages us to plan more projects in the city,” said Mariusz Krzak, Regional Director at Skanska Property Poland.
Dominikański was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable building so that it can provide both an ideal working environment and a reduction in energy costs. The project is LEED Gold pre-certified. The complex was designed in order to encourage employees to choose an ecological means of transportation. The building is equipped with stations for bicycles as well as locker rooms and shower cubicles for cyclists. Furthermore, it provides power charging stations for electric cars.
Dominikański complex has fast became a significant new addition to Wrocław’s business center. A modern office space, a spacious patio, numerous services points and well-designed urban architecture make the scheme a location that is friendly for both business development and the city’s residents. Dominikański is already over 70 percent leased. HP Global Business Center, leasing 16,400 sqm. of the office space, will occupy the largest area in the complex. It was one of the biggest lease agreements signed in the regional Polish office market in 2014. The company will move to Dominikański until November 2015.
