DSV Solutions expands in Poznań – EuropaProperty

DSV Solutions, an operator specializing in providing complex solutions for warehouse logistics, has leased 6,700 sq m of space at Panattoni Park Poznań VI. Experts from JLL advised DSV Solutions on selecting the new location and the negotiations regarding contract terms.

The new location is an important step for DSV in developing services for the pharmaceutical industry in the region. DSV Road, a DSV division that specializes in shipping and road transport, also operates in the Poznań area.

“Our client was looking for a modern warehouse space which would respond to the client’s specific needs both in terms of location as well as technical infrastructure. The warehouse in Panattoni Park Poznań VI will be equipped with energy-efficient solutions as well as an air conditioning system for controlling temperature and a number of specific improvements for the pharmaceutical industry”, says Konrad Lewiński, Consultant, Industrial, JLL.

Panattoni Park Poznań VI is a class A multi-purpose warehouse complex offering 31,400 sqm of space in total. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the S11 national expressway and just 5 km from the S11/ A2 interchange (Warsaw-Świecko) as well as the E30. Because of its location on the outskirts of Poznań, the warehouse is well-served by public transportation.
