DTZ selected as the lead agent for Mokotowska 33/35 – EuropaProperty

Mokotowska 33/35 is a new office project in the centre of Warsaw. The scheme involves the revitalisation of a building located in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district, on the corner of Mokotowska and Koszykowa streets.

The building’s owner, who has a well-established reputation in the city, is currently engaged in the reconstruction and renovation of both the retail and office floors, and the creation of an additional 5th floor to the building with a large, outside terrace.

Mokotowska 33 offers 900 sqm of retail space and 3,100 sqm of office space.
