Dunwell secures 5,000 sqm warehouse for TeraPlast in Romania – EuropaProperty

Dunwell brokered a transaction for TeraPlast for 5,000 sqm (1,500 sqm of warehouse space and 3,500 sqm of outer platform) in Mega Distribution Center’s park in Chiajna. The relocation from the northern area into this new space aims at increasing the efficiency of the company’s distribution activities.

“Even though the business environment passes through difficult times, we must keep in mind our objectives. TeraPlast Group’s factories are operational and we are focusing on continuing the production. We have ten action plans to help us prevent ceasing any activity and to help us come out of this crisis just as strong. We remain confident in our own strengths, we protect our business and employees in the current conditions and we constantly communicate with our partners to identify the best solutions together. We decided to expand our warehousing space in Bucharest for optimal distribution to the southern and south-eastern area of Romania, as well as to export markets. This is our first cooperation with Dunwell and we are satisfied with the continuous and personalized work they put into this transaction,” said Ovidiu Gurau, Commercial Director of TeraPlast.
