Construction of a new retail park in Dzierżoniów is entering a decisive phase. The scale of the project and the pace of work confirm that it will be one of the most significant retail park debuts in this part of Lower Silesia. The investment is being developed by Redkom Development, which consistently builds a portfolio of properties with supra-local reach.
The almost 17,000 sqm GLA project will offer around 30 retail and service units that will change the balance of power on the local retail market. One of the key tenants will be Lidl – one of Poland’s favourite grocery concepts and one of the strongest traffic generators in the retail park segment. A store of over 2,000 sqm will give the project a stable, everyday character and ensure regular footfall, which is crucial for the remaining brands.
A clear distinguishing feature of the investment is the exceptionally strong representation of the fashion segment. The scheme will offer a broad portfolio of brands, including CCC, HalfPrice, Worldbox, e-obuwie, Reserved, Cropp, House, Pepco, Sinsay, Big Star, New Yorker, Ochnik, and Diverse. According to the developer, this tenant mix sets a new benchmark, creating a complete and mature retail offer with a distinctly regional reach. The offer is complemented by strong brands from other categories, such as Rossmann, Dr Materac, Martes Sport, RTV Euro AGD, and Douglas.
The level of commercialisation has already reached nearly 90 percent, confirming strong market interest. The opening of the facility is scheduled for May 2026. The commercial concept of the retail park in Dzierżoniów and the leasing of its space are handled by Mallson Polska.
Between 2023 and 2025, Redkom Development delivered over 60,000 sqm (GLA) of retail parks in Poland: Park Glinianka (currently BIG Łubna) near Warsaw, Ozimska Park in Opole, Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała, and Przystanek Karkonosze on the outskirts of Karpacz. The company is currently developing further retail projects, including facilities in Dzierżoniów, Białystok, Otwock, Lublin, and Bydgoszcz.
Redkom Development has been awarded the title of Retail Developer of the Year twice. The company received its first distinction in January 2025 during the prestigious CEE Retail Awards gala, and the second in May 2025 as part of the Baltic Real Estate Awards competition.
