ECE to enter Poland’s logistics market

ECE is expanding its activities in the development of logistics properties to the international market and is announced the development of a logistics project in Poland for the first time.

ECE’s first international logistics centre is being built in Kąty Wrocławskie, around 25 kilometres from Wrocław and located directly on the A4 freeway in the direction of Dresden. It will offer a logistics area of around 80,000 sqm and will be tailor-made to meet the requirements of future users. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2022 and to be completed in fall 2023.

Like all logistics properties developed by ECE, the logistics centre in Kąty Wrocławskie is planned and realized along numerous sustainable aspects. These include, among others, energy-efficient planning and implementation of the property, the installation of e-charging and car-sharing stations, and bicycle parking spaces as well as the creation of insect-friendly green areas and a sustainable irrigation system. BREEAM certification in the “Excellent” category is being sought.
