Echo’s new residential projects in Poznań – EuropaProperty

Echo Investment has started presales of apartments in its new projects in Poznań – Osiedle Perspektywa and the third stage of Osiedle Jaśminowe. The apartments in these projects are available in the Apartments for the Young programme.

Osiedle Perspektywa is Echo’s new project located in Poznań’s Naramowice district. The first stage of the project on Sielawy Street includes 169 apartments with areas ranging from 30 to 95 sqm which are located in four buildings. All of them have large balconies or terraces. There are gardens next to ground-floor apartments. There will be numerous parking spaces within the area of Osiedle Perspektywa as well as in its multi-storey car park.

“Apartments in Osiedle Perspektywa are already available in the presales, which we also combined with the new stage of Osiedle Jaśminowe. Apartments in both of the projects fulfil the criteria of the Apartment for the Young programme. It is worth hurrying up because there is only less than PLN 20 million of the governmental support still available this year. It is the last moment to use the programme and gain up to PLN 100,000. The programme offers particular advantages to families with three or more children as the age limit and restrictions regarding the property held have been removed in their case,” said Dawid Wrona, sales director in Echo Investment’s Residential Project Department.
