ECM Group Polska S.A. has been present on the Polish market since 2002. It specializes in professional project and construction management and supervision in the following areas: general engineering (commercial, industrial, sports and public utility buildings), road engineering, airport and rail infrastructure, environmental engineering, water and sewage management, waste management, energy and gas engineering. The firm’s key projects include construction of a new building for the Silesian Museum in Katowice, maintenance and refurbishment of the Palace on the Isle and its surroundings in Warsaw’s Royal Łazienki Museum, design and construction of the S3 expressway, construction of the A1 motorway, construction of the Wrocław, Poznań and Rzeszów airports, and modernization and extension of Europe’s biggest wastewater treatment plant “Czajka” in Warsaw.
“We chose to renew our lease at Rondo 1, because benefiting from the location, reputation and quality of this office building we can fully pursue our strategic business objectives and strengthen our position in relations with our partners and clients. Other important decision drivers included a comfortable working environment and access to added services,” said Katarzyna Lodzińska, CEO and Management Board Member of ECM Group Polska S.A.
The Rondo 1 complex comprises two buildings: a 40-floor glass Tower (Building B) located parallel to Jana Pawła II Avenue and a lower, ten-floor building with an opaque glass façade (Building A), situated near Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw. It offers approximately 66,000 sqm of usable space. It was completed in 2006. Rondo 1 received both LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certificates. The office of ECM Group Polska is on the building’s top commercial floor (floors 37-40 are mechanical floors).
“ECM Group Polska appreciates the unique panorama of Warsaw which the building affords, the prestigious address at 1 ONZ Roundabout in the city’s business hub, the building’s modern infrastructure and services. That’s why it has decided to renew its lease for more years to come,” said Kamil Komoński, Advisor, Cresa Poland, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm.
