ConvergenCE is set to achieve a significant green milestone this July with the inauguration of an eco-friendly car wash at the CityZen office building, in collaboration with Greenline Clean. This environmentally conscious and innovative service supports ConvergenCE’s sustainability initiatives and enhances the range of convenient services available to tenants. Notably, CityZen has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
The car wash at the CityZen Office Building will be managed by Greenline Clean, a 100 percent Hungarian-owned, eco-friendly franchise renowned for its cutting-edge water-saving car wash and care technology. By employing advanced nanotechnology-based cleaning agents, Greenline Clean ensures top-quality cleaning and vehicle protection, using merely 1 litre of water per car.
Árpád Maróti, founder and owner of Greenline Clean, emphasized the significance of this initiative: “At CityZen, situated on the prominent Váci út, we can offer sustainable car washing to even more car owners. This marks a considerable stride towards a greener future, as traditional car washes typically consume 150-200 litres of water per car. Our technology conserves a small Hungarian town’s daily drinking water supply each day.”

The “A” category CityZen office building, offering approximately 12,600 sqm of leasable space, is centrally located in Budapest’s highly coveted business district on the Váci út office corridor in District XIII. The building features excellent amenities and accessibility, and its BREEAM “Excellent” environmental certification ranks it among the greenest office buildings in the area. CityZen also hosts a Frei Café, SPAR store, and Doktor24 private clinic.
The car wash at CityZen, launching in July, has already proven its effectiveness at ConvergenCE’s downtown ACADEMIA Office Building. Since its opening in January 2023, Greenline Clean has set the standard for eco-friendly car wash services in the city centre. This fully digital, app-based service is now available at over 50 locations across Hungary.
