A new global brand has joined the group of tenants of the Warsaw-based office complex Oxygen Park. ECO3, an international supplier of prepress and printing solutions for the commercial, graphic arts, newspaper and packaging industries, has leased over 1,140 sqm of modern office space on the 4th floor of building B.

The seat of the Polish branch of ECO3 in Oxygen Park has been arranged on over 1,140 sqm. of office space located on the 4th floor of building B. During the negotiation process and the signing of the lease concluded for almost six years Colliers advised the tenant.
“ECO3, as a company offering innovative solutions in the printing industry, was looking for a modern space that would align with its business model. Oxygen Park perfectly met these expectations. Representing the tenant, we negotiated not only the optimal lease conditions but also a budget for the fit out of the new office, designed by the hybrid work model,” commented Robert Romanowski, Senior Associate in the Office Agency Department at Colliers.
Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw’s business district. The project consists of two six-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm. The environment-friendly solutions applied in the complex have been confirmed with a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the renowned studio JEMS Architekci. The project was delivered in 2013. In addition to ECO3, the tenants at Oxygen Park include such companies as Adara, Agfa, Certis Belchim, DiaSorin, Eurotronic, Meril Poland, LSI Software, Parker Hannifin, Phinia, Toshiba, Sodexo, and Nowy Styl.
