Embassy of Ireland Extends Lease at Liberty Corner

The Embassy of Ireland in Poland will remain at its current location in Liberty Corner in Warsaw’s city centre for the next 10 years. The diplomatic mission has been housed in the office building at 5 Mysia Street since 2004 and will begin another decade of tenancy from the beginning of December. JLL experts represented the tenant in the transaction.

“The Embassy of Ireland has been located in the Liberty Corner building for 20 years, almost since the building’s inception. It is an excellent place for the Irish diplomatic mission, so we are pleased that we could support our client in extending the lease and remaining at this iconic address,” says Hamish Potts of JLL.

Liberty Corner is a unique Class A+ office building consisting of two independent parts: over 5,000 sqm of office space, and the headquarters of the Polish Press Agency. The building’s elegant facade is finished with various types of sandstone with different textures and granite, which relate to the nearby historical buildings.
