Emerson Process Management has decided to extend its lease agreement at Konstruktorska Business Center. The global leader in engineering and technology has leased an additional 2,500 sqm of modern office space. As of November 2022, the expanded Emerson headquarters will occupy a total of more than 6,500 sqm of space on the 5th and 6th floors of the Warsaw building, owned by Golden Star Group.

The lease has been signed for 9 years. During the negotiation process, the tenant was advised by Colliers International.
