Emerson expands its office at Konstruktorska Business Center

Emerson Process Management has decided to extend its lease agreement at Konstruktorska Business Center. The global leader in engineering and technology has leased an additional 2,500 sqm of modern office space. As of November 2022, the expanded Emerson headquarters will occupy a total of more than 6,500 sqm of space on the 5th and 6th floors of the Warsaw building, owned by Golden Star Group.

Emerson’s Automation Solutions business helps customers maximize industrial production, protect the environment and personnel while optimizing energy consumption and reducing operating costs. Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions business helps ensure human comfort and health, protect food quality and safety and create sustainable infrastructure.

The lease has been signed for 9 years. During the negotiation process, the tenant was advised by Colliers International.

Konstruktorska Business Center is a modern class A office building with a total leasable area of 49,500 sqm, located in the heart of the Mokotów business district.
