Empark Mokotów Business Park – Warsaw’s famous office complex – announced that it has signed 7,000 sqm in lease renewals since the start of 2014, reflecting the property’s continued strong tenant appeal. Among leading multinational and national corporations to maintain their presence at Empark were Henkel, LUX MED, mBank and Papyrus.
Commenting on the year’s robust leasing activity, Izabela Kapil, Asset Manager Associate, Portfolio Management – Europe, Heitman, said: “Lease renewals signed this year confirm Empark Mokotów Business Park as an established office location that tenants consider to be part of their long-term business development plans.
